Presentation Guidelines
The EUCMOS invited lecture is limited to 30 minutes, which includes a presentation and a discussion.
The EUCMOS oral presentation has a time limit of 20 or 10 minutes, which includes the presentation and discussion.
For the presentation, it is best to prepare the slides in a panoramic 16:9 format.
The preferred EUCMOS poster formats are A0 (841 × 1189 mm) or B1 (707 × 1000 mm). The poster should be prepared in portrait orientation, with a clear title and authors at the top.
SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS – finished
Abstracts of the communications (oral or poster) to be presented at EUCMOS 2025 should be sent by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat (e-mail: eucmos2025@uwr.edu.pl) as an attachment in WORD FOR WINDOWS format (.docx), with the e-mail title: Abstract_Name (e.g. Abstract_Krupa).
Only documents respecting the layout of this TEMPLATE will be taken into consideration.
The abstract must be confined to a single page, including all figures, tables, references and acknowledgements.
Please note that an accepted paper will be included in the final programme of EUCMOS 2025 only if the author formally registers and pays the registration fee.
Proceedings
Participants will have the possibility of submitting conference papers to a Special Issue of the Journal of Molecular Structure.
