Dorm Grants Closed
All dormitory accommodation grants have now been allocated. No further grants are available.
A limited number of grants are available. The grant only covers the costs of accommodation in student dormitories.
The conference fee does not change for grant recipients.
If you intend to apply for a grant, please fill in the form and send it by e-mail (eucmos2025@uwr.edu.pl) to the organizers.
Accommodation
Hotels
The Organizing Committee pre-booked a number of rooms at hotels of different price categories within walking distance from the venue.
Participants are kindly requested to make their reservations. Indicated rates are only valid for reservations made directly to the hotel by phone, fax or e-mail.
To obtain a conference discount it is necessary to:
1. register on the conference website first,
2. inform the organizers (in the registration form or by e-mail) about the chosen hotel,
3. in a message to the hotel, please provide the reservation code “EUCMOS2025”

A block of 30 rooms is available from 24–29 August 2025, valid until 23 June 2025. After this date, a reduced block of 10 rooms will remain available until 28 July 2025.
After 28 July 2025, reservations will be accepted based on room availability.
