Conference
Each lecture room is equipped with an overhead projector and microphone. Computers run Windows with MS Office 365, so presentations can be used in PowerPoint or PDF format. We kindly ask speakers to upload their files before the session (for example, during coffee breaks or lunch). An HDMI connection is available if you prefer to use your own laptop (a USB-C/HDMI adapter will also be provided). Should you require a CD reader, please inform the organisers in advance.
Catering during the conference includes all-day coffee service (coffee, tea, water, and cookies) and lunch (hot dishes, coffee, tea, juice, and water). Additionally:

Payment: preferably by debit/credit card directly in the vehicle (no paper tickets). The ticket is registered electronically. Ticket inspectors verify it using the card used for payment. Machines support Polish, English, German, and Ukrainian.

Payments: debit/credit cards are widely accepted in shops, restaurants, taxis, and bars (contactless/mobile payments also standard). Cash is rarely needed.
